What is a property clean out?
A property cleanout is the complete removal of all unwanted items and debris from the interior and/or exterior areas of a house or property; leaving it empty and mess-free.
Do you remove all clutter and debris?
Yes, our team will make sure there is no leftover clutter and unwanted debris in or around your property. We will take everything away and recycle, donate, and/or dispose of it accordingly.
How long does a property clean out take to complete?
Depending on the amount of debris that has to be removed the time can vary. Some clean outs can be completed in one day while larger clean outs may take up to 3 days. Commercial clean outs can take 3 to 5 days. We always try our best to complete your clean out as efficiently and safely as possible. We understand your time is valuable.
Do I need to be at the location while the clean out is taking place?
No, you do not need to be present the entire time we are cleaning out your property. Our highly experienced team will provide updates and photos of the clean out once it is completed. As long as we are able to contact you in case we have any questions, we can get the job done.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, before starting your clean out a $500.00 CAD deposit is required. This deposit goes towards equipment, materials, and labor expenses.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, Interac e-Transfer, or cheque.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
In the event of a cancellation please notify us before your deposit is paid. If you need to reschedule a clean out, please let us know at least 48 hours before your clean out appointment.
